Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

As of July 1, 2016, all volunteers must be trained on accessible customer service. All Toronto Symphony Volunteer Committee (TSVC) volunteers are required to read and understand the information contained in the Toronto Symphony Orchestra (TSO) Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (Training Program for Volunteers) mini-workbook. The workbook was created to raise awareness of the requirements of the AODA.
