TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon
In-Person Event: October 16, 2022
Virtual Event: from October 1-31, 2022

The TSVC is a participating charity in the 2022 TCS Charity Challenge.

You can support the TSO|TEAM by registering for one of the In-Person or Virtual events (listed below) and fundraising or by making a donation.

In-Person: Marathon, Half Marathon or 5K
Virtual: Marathon, Half Marathon or 5K
The Whole Shebang: In-Person Marathon + Virtual Half Marathon + Virtual 5K

We encourage you to PUT YOUR BEST FOOT FORWARD by joining or supporting the TSO|TEAM and helping us reach our fundraising goal of $50,000.

Funds raised support the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and its education and community engagement programs, and the tuition-free Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra program.

There are three ways to participate:

1. Walk or run with the TSO|TEAM

  • CLICK HERE to register (through Race Roster) for one of the In-Person or Virtual events.  Event capacity is limited.  Please REGISTER EARLY to secure your spot for 2022! 
  • LAST DAY TO REGISTER – MONDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2022

Information for Race Roster registrants:

  • If you have already registered for one of the virtual or in-person race distances, you can use your Race Roster fundraising page to set your goal, track your progress, and invite your family, friends, and colleagues to sponsor you.
  • To access your Race Roster account (personal fundraising account) – you can sign in to your account at any time from the Race Roster Registration webpage CLICK HERE – the “Sign In” button is on the top right corner of the webpage. Use the same login information (email address/password) from when you registered.

2. Sponsor a participant

Walking/running may not be your thing but we need your support to reach our goal. You can pledge your support for the TSO|TEAM by sponsoring a participant/team:

  • To sponsor a participant CLICK HERE. You can then scroll to the bottom of the webpage and select the individual that you wish to donate to.*

3. Make a donation

You can also make a direct donation to the TSO|TEAM:

  • To make a direct donation CLICK HERE. You can then select one of the listed donation amounts or select ‘other’ to enter an amount.*

* Credit cards only for online donations (Visa, M/C, Amex accepted).

ONLINE DONATIONS CLOSE MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2022.

OFFLINE PLEDGES/DONATIONS:
If you are unable to use the ONLINE DONATION options noted above, you can also sponsor a participant/team OR make a donation by completing the 2022 TEAM TSO – Paper Pledge Form (for Offline Donations) and submitting it with your payment (cash/cheque) or credit card information.
  • Cheques should be made payable to: Toronto Symphony Volunteer Committee.
  • Please do not send cash by mail.

TAX RECEIPTS:
All eligible pledges/donations will receive an official tax receipt (either electronically for online Race Roster donations or by mail or email for offline Race Roster donations and donations made directly to the Toronto Symphony Volunteer Committee).

Congratulations to the TSO musicians, staff, volunteers and TSYO members who took part in the Scotiabank Charity Challenge at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon VIRTUAL RACE from October 1-31, 2020, to support the TSO’s education and outreach initiatives.
